Bakers Delight White High Fibre Low GI Bread 2 slices of KR Castlemaine Nutriwatch ham 2 slices of Reduced fat cheese ( 2 slices = 1 serve calcium) 5 Cherry Tomatoes - Either slice for your child to add into their sandwich at lunchtime ( this stops the bread from going soggy )or leave whole to eat individually as an addition to the sandwich.
