Immunisation Chart
Below is the National Immunisation Chart for children born on or after January 1st, 2005.
This prgram is for children between the ages of 0 - 4, and is designed as a reminder for parents to immunise their kids.

| 2 months | Diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis, Hepatitis B, Hib, Polio, Pneumococcal |
| 4 months | Diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis, Hepatitis B, Hib, Polio, Pneumococcal |
| 6 months | Diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis, Hepatitis B - or at least 12 months, Polio, Pneumococcal |
| 12 months | Measles, mumps and rubella, Hepatitis B - or at 6 months, Hib, Meningococcal C |
| 4 years | Diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis, Polio, Measles, mumps and rubella |
